Fees without a spreadsheet
Monthly fees accrue automatically from the athlete's group. Sibling discounts apply on their own, partial payments reduce the balance, and one screen shows exactly who owes what. Parents see the same number, which ends most billing arguments before they start.

The mobile app is the difference
Administrators, coaches and parents all sign in to the same app with their own role, and the app takes on the club's logo and colour after login. Parents sign in with their phone number — no usernames to distribute. The app is part of the base plan; there is no per-user fee and no upgrade tier hiding it.

Multiple branches, one account
Each branch keeps its own athletes, groups, coaches and schedule. Managers switch branches from the top bar and read a combined report; coaches only ever see their own branch. Pricing follows the same axis — one branch in the base price, every extra branch adds a fixed amount and 300 more athlete slots.

- Which sports does it support?
- Football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, tennis, martial arts and more. Groups, sessions and fees work the same way regardless of the sport; you define the branches and age groups.
- Is the parent app an extra?
- No. Administrator, coach and parent apps are all part of the base plan, with no per-user charge.
- Can we migrate our existing athlete list?
- Yes. Send us your Excel/CSV file and we will import it at no extra cost.
- Do you take a commission on fees?
- No. You collect fees yourself in whatever way you already do; Sporkul only tracks them.
- Can we cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from the panel and keep using the product until the end of the period you paid for. There is no commitment.
