Sporkul pricing
One plan, one price, nothing hidden. A single branch costs ₺3,000 per month; every extra branch adds ₺1,500 and 300 more athlete slots. VAT is included, and there is no setup fee and no per-athlete commission.
How the price is calculated
The only variable is the number of branches. You start with one; opening a second makes it ₺4,500 per month, a third ₺6,000. The athlete cap follows the same axis: each branch carries 300 athlete slots, so a three-branch club runs up to 900 athletes.

Two months off when you pay yearly
Paying yearly costs ₺30,000 for a single branch and ₺15,000 for each extra one — ten months instead of twelve. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the panel; no contract to sign.

What is included
There are no feature tiers. The web panel, the mobile app for administrators, coaches and parents, attendance, fee tracking, licence and medical certificate tracking, announcements, reports and support all come at the same price.

What is not charged
No setup or training fee. No charge per athlete or per parent. No commission on the fees you collect — you take the money directly, we never sit in the middle. No annual commitment.

Payment and invoicing
You pay by card and the subscription renews automatically. Invoices arrive by email through our payment provider. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and your data is not deleted.

- Is there a free trial?
- Instead of a trial we offer a live demo: open a fully populated panel without signing up and explore everything before paying.
- Is VAT included?
- Yes. Every figure on the site includes VAT; nothing is added at checkout.
- Does the price change as we grow?
- Each branch includes 300 athletes. If you exceed that, add a branch to raise the cap — there is no per-athlete charge.
- Can we switch from yearly back to monthly?
- Yes, change the billing period from the panel at the end of the term.
- What happens to our data if we cancel?
- The club is deactivated but the data is kept. Come back and you continue where you left off, or request an export.
