Most sports school software is a web panel only; a parent app is either missing or reserved for a higher tier. In Sporkul the manager, the coach and the parent each sign in to the same app with their own role — and the app opens in your club's logo and colour.

Groups and training calendar
Groups by age, sport and court; weekly recurring training plans. Cancel a session and both parents and coaches are notified.

Attendance
The coach ticks the list or scans the athlete's QR code. Absence history appears on the athlete card and in the parent app.

Fees and collection
Monthly fee accrual is generated automatically; sibling discounts, partial payments and outstanding balances live in the panel. Who paid and who didn't, on one screen.

Licence, medical report, contract
Licence and medical report dates are kept on the athlete card and warn you before they expire. Parents sign the contract from the app.

Announcements and notifications
Publish a club announcement and a push notification reaches every parent's phone. No more managing WhatsApp groups.

Coaches see their own groups and calendar in the app and clock in and out themselves; the monthly shift report builds up in the panel.

Pick your branch count

Complete the payment
Card details are entered at the payment provider, never stored by us. Invoice is VAT-inclusive, no setup fee.

Set your password
Right after payment you get a password-setup link by email. You set the password yourself; it is never stored in plain text.

Set up your club
Add your logo and colour, add athletes, create groups. After sign-in the mobile app switches to your colour.

Invite coaches and parents
Coaches sign in with email, parents with their phone number. Parents set their own password on first sign-in — no separate account creation.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is the mobile app included in the price?
Yes. The manager, coach and parent apps are part of the base package; there is no extra tier or per-user fee. After sign-in the app runs in your club's logo and colour.
How do parents sign in?
With their phone number. A parent types the number registered with the club and sets their own password on first sign-in. There is no separate sign-up or email verification step.
Is there an extra charge per athlete?
No. Up to 300 athletes per branch are covered by the same price, and we take no per-athlete commission. If you need more, you simply increase your branch allowance.
I run several facilities — how does that work?
Each branch works with its own athletes, groups, coaches and calendar. The manager switches branches from the top bar; a coach only sees their own branch. Each extra branch is ₺1,500 monthly.
Can I migrate data from another program?
Send us your athlete list as Excel/CSV and we handle the migration at no extra cost. For richer data such as fee history we need to review your file first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel from the panel and keep using the product until the end of the period. No commitment, no cancellation fee.
If my subscription ends, is my data deleted?
No. When the subscription closes, access stops but the data stays. Subscribe again and your club comes back with the same data.
How do invoicing and VAT work?
Prices include VAT; nothing is added on top. The invoice is emailed to you automatically after payment.
Is there a setup or training fee?
No. The panel opens after payment and you complete the setup steps yourself. If you get stuck, write to us from the contact form.
Which sports is it suitable for?
Football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, gymnastics, taekwondo, tennis — the group, training and fee logic works regardless of sport. You define the sport and the age groups.
